Can I take the class if I have an injury?We recommend checking in with your health practitioner before attending any physical classes.

Can I drop in for a single class or do I need to commit to a membership?Drop-in options are available for most of our classes (except programs), allowing you to attend on a pay-as-you-go basis. We also offer class packages for those who prefer a more structured commitment.

Is there parking available?Yes, you may park at the spots right in front of the buidling. Sometimes, parking can be a little challenging at peak hours. In case you still can't get a spot, there is also a huge park right behind the studio's building where you can park alongside it!

Do I need to be fit to join the class?Not at all! As long as you're in good health and physically able, your age, body or fitness level should not matter.

How do I sign up?You may book for our classes here.

What if my class gets canceled?On the rare occasion that our class is canceled, we will inform you immediately via WhatsApp. The class credit will not be deducted from your package.

Is there an age limit?We believe fitness and dance is for everyone. Come as you are and let's get strong together!

Do I need to have prior experience to join your classes?No prior experience is necessary to join most of our classes. We welcome individuals of all levels and backgrounds to participate in our diverse range of offerings.

Is there free trial class available?Unfortunately, we do not offer trial classes but drop-ins are available!

Where to buy shoes?There are many available options online and offline! But to get proper ones, you may consider heading to Sonata Dancewear Malaysia.

What can I expect for class?Classes are non-syllabus based and conducted like a company class with free exercises given. We move from Barre to Center practice including Port de Bras, Adagio, Pirouettes and Allegro. Beginner classes are usually more slow-paced and detailed in terms of instructions and demonstrations. Open-levels are more fast-paced and some basic Ballet knowledge would be helpful.

Am I too old for ballet?Absolutely not! It's never too late to start something as long as you're willing to try. Plus, we're all about moving at your own pace and celebrating the small wins. You can pursue whatever you want, whenever you want.

What should I wear to class?For Ballet classes, we recommend wearing traditional leotards, tights, and ballet flats. If not, you may also come in tight-fitting clothes and socks as well!

Are your classes suitable for beginners?Yes! Our classes are designed to cater to all levels, including beginners and first-timers. Read more.

What should I bring? Are socks and mat needed?Mat is needed but if you don't have one, we do have available mats to use in the studio (just wipe down after). Socks are not required.

Do I need to be a dancer to join this class?Absolutely not! The class is also ideal for non-dancers who are looking for new ways to improve flexibility, muscle strength, and posture.

How is this different from Adult Ballet?Adult ballet is conducted like a typical ballet class which consists of barre and center work (adage, pirouettes, allegros). Our Workout Series consists of 'broken-down' exercises that improve core, balance, flexibility, and alignment. Think of it as a full body workout.

What is the difference between Ballet Conditioning and Ballet Fitness?Ballet Conditioning involves a series of slow and controlled exercises that focus on improving specific muscles group and mobility (turnout) needed in ballet. Ballet Fitness targets the full-body with a combination of ballet steps (plie, tendu, sauté) and fitness techniques (pulses, weights, resistance bands) with more upbeat music and movements that increase heart rates. Both are low impact (prevents injury) but gives high results. Suitable for all levels, dancers and non-dancers.

What should I wear for class?Any tight-fitting fitness clothes. Do expect to sweat a bunch, so remember to bring your towels and water bottle.

I'm not flexible at all. Can I do yoga?Of course! In fact, you are the perfect candidate for it. Just come as you are and you will find that practicing yoga will help you become stronger and more flexible with improved overall well-being.

How do I see how many classes I have left?You may reach out to us directly via DM or WhatsApp and we'll let you know your class records and available classes left.

Do I need to make an upfront payment for walk-in or package?For walk-ins, you may pay after finishing class on that day. As for class packages, a full upfront payment is required to secure the discounted package rate.

Do you offer group private sessions?Yes! Duets or small group private sessions are available. Depending on your occasion (bridal shower, birthday, team-building event), group privates are absolutely tailored to your needs and levels.
