We missed ballet but couldn't find a studio that suit our needs. Thus, we created our own.

We're Evelyn and Xin-Dee, two good friends who love exercising, and strongly believe ballet is one of the best workout there is. If you have done ballet you would know, the sweat is on a different level.

That's it!! Let's create a space for our family and friends!

Yeah... and have our friends come over so we can all be fit & healthy.

It would be great if there's a space for adults like us to revisit dance comfortably, at our own pace...just to have fun and exercise. 

but we wanted something more than a dance studio, we wanted a space for all to slow down, find peace & connection with their mind, body and community.

that is why we host events regularly that emphasise on dedicating that couple of hours to yourself, your partner or company, and truly being present. Check out our previous events here

We believe in the art of slow living. This means intentionally taking the time to care for ourselves, our loved ones, and our environment. By slowing down, being mindful, and staying present, we can fully enjoy life's moments as they come our way.

Progress > Perfection; Community > Competition. Every dancer has their own unique path, and we're here to guide and support them along the way. We strive to create an environment where dancers feel empowered to celebrate every step forward, make mistakes, and learn from their experiences.
